Black box

Bugs in software happen. I have an enormous amount of empathy for that.

But what annoys me to no end is getting flagged by a black-box AI system for something I clearly didn't do, then being told the only way to fix it is to submit a very sensitive personal ID document (like a passport).

And then, after submitting it, the system still doesn't work. And there is no way to get in touch with an actual human being.

How did this start?

I merely went to create a Facebook Page in their UI. Just me. No AI tools.

Immediate restriction on page creation.

That's why at Ambiki, we hold what now feels like a contrarian opinion: Human support matters.

That doesn't mean we don't equip our team with the best technology available to help them help you.

We do.

But behind the tools, there is a real team of humans answering every question. On calls with customers when they need it.

A Meta Business portfolio screen showing 'Review complete' and 'We removed restrictions from your business' directly above a heading that says 'We restricted your business,' both dated June 19, 2026.
Restrictions removed and restricted, on the same screen, on the same day.
Meta's 'Why this happened' explanation claiming the account was created or used with an automation that doesn't follow their rules.
The explanation: an automation I never used.
Meta's 'Recent account issues' dashboard still showing one outstanding business restriction dated June 19, 2026, with a 'Request review' button.
Still outstanding, weeks later.
The Pages section of Meta Business settings showing a padlock illustration and the message 'You can't use this business portfolio to advertise.'
The Pages screen, locked.
