Cold plunge

I spent 70 years in an ice bath.

No phone. No distractions. No excuses.

Here's my story. 🇺🇸

I was just a skinny kid from Brooklyn with a dream.

The Army rejected me. Again. And again.

They said I wasn't big enough. Strong enough. Good enough.

But I refused to let other people's limiting beliefs define my potential.

Then one day, someone finally believed in me.

A visionary investor who saw something nobody else could.

He gave me an opportunity.

And an experimental serum that instantly transformed me into a genetically enhanced superhuman.

People love to call me an overnight success. What they don't see is the several minutes of hard work behind the scenes.

I went from nobody to a household name.

Built a personal brand around a single accessory.

Disrupted an entire industry.

Then, at the height of my career, I made a bold decision. I stepped away. For 70 years. Some called it crashing an aircraft into the Arctic Ocean.

I called it a digital detox. A cold plunge. A chance to reconnect with my authentic self.

When I emerged, the world had changed. New technology. New markets. New competitors.

But I didn't complain. I pivoted.

I assembled a cross-functional team of high performers, including a billionaire, a literal god, and a scientist with anger management issues.

Were there challenges? Absolutely.
Did we have disagreements? Yes.
Did half the team disappear at one point? Also yes.

But that's the thing about leadership. It's not about the shield. It's about the people behind it.

I'm humbled and honored to share my journey.

And if there's one thing I want you to take away from my story, it's this: success doesn't happen overnight. Sometimes it takes 70 years.
