At some point, you're not selling software. You're selling change management.

What we're building at Ambiki is becoming the operating system for private practices, and for larger practices especially, switching that operating system is a huge decision.

There's data to move. Workflows to rethink. Staff to train. Billing to protect. And a whole lot of "but what happens to...?" questions along the way.

So we want to make that change as easy as possible.

That's why we hired Kristen Alberico, CCC-SLP as our new Data Migration Specialist.

Her job is to work directly with practice owners, billers, admins, and their teams to do as much of the heavy lifting as possible: getting their data moved, getting Ambiki configured, so that when it is time for their implementation and training with Susan Mason / Molly Borda, they are ready to hit the ground running.

And one sidenote from the hiring process: I/we met soooo many talented clinicians. We could only hire one person this time, but if you're building a healthcare technology company, there is an incredible amount of clinician talent out there that can make your product and company better, don't sleep on it.
