Pitch slapped

What I've learned about LinkedIn in the past 30 days:

1. The LinkedIn algorithm and my brain do not work in complementary ways. This post put it best. LinkedIn wants us to write about one thing. But I have so many disparate parts of work and business that I like to write about. Oh well.

2. There are lots of closet Harry Mack fans on LinkedIn. I see you.

3. Your content is probably doing more work than you think. I've had conversations with multiple people over the past month who referenced a post of mine, but who I've never seen like, comment on, or engage with anything.

4. If someone wants to connect with you and has the word "sales" or "GTM" in their headline, you're about to be pitch slapped in 3...2...1.

5. You can really meet cool, interesting people in an authentic way if you use LinkedIn to genuinely engage with people.
