Bill Lennan's podcast was the first one I recorded, well, at least in the past three years. I was terrified.
But one thing that comforted me going in was Bill's own backstory and why he started the podcast in the first place. I remember him telling me that one of the reasons was to improve his public speaking and get more comfortable putting himself out there.
That mirrored one of the main reasons I wanted to start going on podcasts too.
I suck at marketing and sales. I'm terrified of speaking on my feet. But the only way to get better at something is to practice.
Turns out Bill's style made the whole thing a breeze and, more importantly, immensely enjoyable.
